Q: I ordered OSCE Notes. How do I get access to the notes?
A: After your order is complete, you will receive an email (to the address that you supplied to purchase the notes) giving you instructions on how to access the website, along with an invitation code that you will need to create a login for yourself.

Q: I can't find the email that was supposed to be sent to me after I purchased the notes. Where is it?
A: Many of today's email systems have SPAM filters that are very sensitive. Please check your SPAM folder to see if the message has ended up there.

Q: Help! It's not in my SPAM folder or mailbox. What do I do now?
A: You can either use the form below to send us an email or send an email directly to debenham@shaw.ca and we'll get back to you right away!
